1. About the service
SOS WiFi provides temporary internet access at events and remote locations.
Access is delivered via a captive portal and is time-limited based on the plan you purchase.
2. Access and sessions
- Access is granted per device and per session
- Session length starts when access is activated
- If you disconnect, your session may continue running
- Reconnection may be automatic if your device is recognised
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access during your session.
3. Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe
- Payment is required before access is granted
- Prices are displayed at the point of purchase
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of the service:
- Payments are non-refundable once a session has started
- No refund is provided for poor signal, device issues, or local interference
If a service failure occurs before access is provided, please contact support.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the network for illegal activity
- Attempt to bypass access controls or session limits
- Interfere with the network or degrade service for others
We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.
6. Service limitations
- Performance may vary based on location and demand
- Speeds are not guaranteed
- Temporary outages may occur
7. Device responsibility
You are responsible for your device and how it is used on the network.
SOS WiFi is not liable for damage, loss of data, or security issues arising from use of the service.
8. Data and privacy
Use of the service is subject to our
Privacy Notice.
9. Liability
SOS WiFi is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
- We are not responsible for third-party services accessed via the network
10. Changes to the service
We may update or modify the service at any time without notice.
