4. Captive portal and session tracking
SOS WiFi operates using a captive portal system. When you connect:
- Your device is temporarily identified to manage network access
- A session is created when you purchase or activate access
- Your device may be recognised if you reconnect during your session
- Session tracking is used to enforce time limits and prevent abuse
If you leave and reconnect, your session may resume automatically where technically possible.

Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
- We do not process or store your card details
- We receive confirmation of payment only
